Pool: We need help opening and closing the pool all season. Please email shadowtrailshoa@gmail.com if you can help.
Pond Fountain: Our electrician has looked over the fountain controls. While the fountain is running, there appears to be an issue with the lighting or wiring for the lighting, which may be the problem with the phantom breaker tripping. Further investigation is underway.

Pond Fountain: We still have an electrical issue after repairing the fountain motor. An electrician will be re-evaluating everything soon.
Reserve A: The drainage culvert at the west entrance was cleaned up on April 15 to allow for better water flow. DO NOT DUMP GRASS CLIPPPINGS, OR BRUSH CUTTINGS IN THE RESERVE AREA. We will be organizing a work day to try to clean up trash from the area.

Pool: We need help in opening and closing the pool all season. Please email shadowtrailshoa@gmail.com if you can help.
Pond Fountain: The pond maintenance company should be working to re-install the motor on the fountain the week of April 8. The pond mgmt. company removed the motor and found lots of fishing line wrapped around the motor shaft which likely bound and damaged the seal enough to allow water to infiltrate the housing. PLEASE treat the pond like it is in your own backyard. These are costly repairs to make, and if we have to do them every other year, it quickly becomes an impractical expense.
Reserve A: The drainage area on the south side of Tucson Pl. and S. Umbrella Ave. is starting to back up. This area will be cleaned out soon.
Pond: If you fish in the pond, please clean up after yourself. A homeowner walked the perimeter on Sunday and picked up 14 different lures with hooks (shad, minnows, jigs) and many individual hooks, weights, swivels and lots of fishing line. Don't leave that stuff lying around for others to step on. Wildlife will eat the lures and get tangled in the line. Supervise your kids. Be responsible.

Pool: The three pool lights that were not working have been replaced. The HOA is currently working on repairing one of the round tables that is cracked. The table is under warranty, and a replacement part has been ordered. One umbrella was broken beyond repair, and the other was broken. The HOA is currently looking at options to replace the two umbrellas. The iron fencing on the south side of the pool was impacted by the replacement of grass with concrete, and it no longer lines up. This will be repaired in the coming weeks. At the same time, a leak in the women’s restroom will be repaired. We are also planning to touch up some areas that require painting and installing deadbolt locks on the bathroom doors so that they can be locked at night and in the off-season.
Entries/Landscaping: All spotlights are now working. Currently focused on spring landscaping and plantings. Mowing will begin the week of March 25.
Pond Fountain: An electrician made needed repairs to the wiring in the pump control box. Unfortunately, we continue to have random tripping of the electrical box breakers that control the pump. The pond mgmt. company removed the motor and found lots of fishing line wrapped around the motor shaft which likely bound and damaged the seal enough to allow water to infiltrate the housing. PLEASE treat the pond like it is in your own backyard. These are costly repairs to make and if we have to do them every other year, it quickly becomes an impractical expense.
Reserve A: The drainage area on the south side of Tucson Pl. and S. Umbrella Ave. is starting to back up. This area will be cleaned out in the coming weeks. Currently looking at options in that same general area where the sidewalk is uneven to solve that issue.
Theft from vehicles and vandalism
Don't leave cars in the driveway, but be sure to lock it if you do.
Install motion detectors that turn lights on when vehicles or people are in range. Use security cameras.
Report thefts or acts of vandalism to the Broken Arrow police. If you witness someone vandalizing or stealing from cars, call 911. If it's not an emergency, use the Broken Arrow Police non-emergency number at 918-259-8400. If you are a victim of these crimes, file a report with the police. This is how we get more patrols in the neighborhood. Incidents are not isolated here, they happen in every neighborhood.
